  • statuses of documents in the Bank-Client system «ELBRUS Internet» (for example: payment is «Repaid», or «Rejected», or «Withdrew», etc.)

If you have suspicious that your confidential data for access to the «ELBRUS Mobile» has been compromised or if you find out unauthorised transactions, you should immediately contact technical support service of AO Raiffeisenbank:
