In September 2003 Raiffeisenbank announced itsplans for 2004, in particular its active branching out in Moscowand Saint Petersburg as well as regional expansion. Bank announcedthe launch of up to 10 branches in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. InFebruary 2004 Raiffeisenbank named major regional centres forfurther branches opening, first of them being Ekaterinburg, NizhniyNovgorod.
