December, the 2nd, 2006 the Call Centers of OAO Impexbank ZAO“Raiffeisenbank Austria” were merged.
Taking into account rapid development of Impexbank and Raiffeisen andthe dynamics of the client base growth it is vitally important topromptly create a regular basis for further support of clients on thepart of the banks. For this very reason the joint Call Center functionsby means of the joint technological base, which was developed with theuse of cutting edge technologies and performs the function of callrouting in view of rather high clients’ activity. “The new platform” for the united bank has been introduced recently in the run-up to the merger of two Call Centers.

The Call Center of ZAO“Raiffeisenbank Austria” exists more than 6 years; it is one of the largest call centers in the Raiffeisen Group. The Call Center of Raiffeisenbank considers and processes over 200,000 clients’ calls every month. The Call Center offers the present and potential Bank’s clients in Moscow and regions three types of services: 24-hour support of plastic card holders, information support of private clients and credit card holders.
The Call Center of Impexbank has been functioning since 2001; nowadaysit processes over 70,000 clients’ calls. The Call Center renders the following types of services to the clients from Moscow, the Moscow Region and 45 Bank’s branches in regions: information support, distant sales to Bank’s present clients, considering bad assets within the framework of retail lending programs.
ZAO“Raiffeisenbank Austria” occupies the 9th position among Russia’s major banks in terms of the amount of assets according to the outcomes of the 3rd quarter of 2006 (The Center for Economic Analysis, Interfax).
