OAO Megafon is offering its subscribers; residents of the Moscow and North-Western regions, the opportunity to top up their accounts via the site Megafon-Moskva and Megafon Severo-Zapad using their Visa and MasterCard banking cards. ZAO Raiffeisenbank will process these payments.
The payment will be made in real-time; money is put onto the customer account almost immediately. A commission for the payment from the subscriber is not taken. The smallest possible payment is 10 rubles, and the largest is 1,000 rubles in any one transaction.

The payment gateway of Raiffeisenbank is a universal payment system which enables international payment card transactions to be processed in real time via the Internet. The gateway is integrated with the identity verification system 3-D Secure/ Secure Code. The information security of the hardware and software system of the gateway is secured by certificated means of cryptoprotection.
